Function: configureJudge()

function configureJudge(config: JudgeConfig): Promise<void>;

Configure the judge once. Sets the OpenAI-compatible client env autoevals reads and the default judge model. No-op-safe: on failure, judging stays disabled and isJudgeConfigured returns false.
